This tutorial was made in PSP X.

1. Sharpen your image once.

2. Then, duplicate the base.

3. Go to Effects > Artistic Effects > Colored Edges.

4. Copy my settings.

5. Now take your base and duplicate it again, bring the new layer to the top. Set that layer to screen.

6. Duplicate your base once more and bring it to the top. Leave it at normal 23%.

7. That's it!
